iPod Shuffle

I was prompted* yesterday by a friend at work to turn my iPod to Shuffle and list the first 10 songs, with commentary as appropriate. He, in turn, got it from a friend at www.robertspuhler.com.

I couldn't resist, so here goes. I invite others to post their own, either as a comment or on your own blog. Yeah, its a WEbring topic!

1. Ray LaMontagne - Hold You In My Arms: awesome new artist I discovered in MOSI's car, and now we're going to see him Aug 1 at Wolf Trap
2. Radiation Kings - Messenger: great Ska band album from Grace's Connecticut high school
3. Ben Folds - Philosophy: who doesn't love the sing-a-longs Ben does to this song?
4. Regina Spektor - Fidelity: yeah, I'm one of those tools who downloads songs after hearing them on Grey's Anatomy
5. Karminsky Experience Inc - Departures: I also download songs after hearing them on the "electronic" and "the buzz" stations on American Airline flights to/from DFW
6. Rufus Wainwright - Go or Go Ahead: finally something gay comes up
7. Leann Rimes - Can't Fight the Moonlight [thunderpuss remix]: I guess I spoke too soon
8. Ray LaMontagne - How Come: iPod really likes him too
9. Green Day - Walking Contradiction: ah, from my WHFS days
10. South Park - Cartman - No Kitty, This is my Pot Pie: "Mom! Kitty's being a dildo!" "Well then I know a certain someone who's sleeping with mommy tonight!"

*Yeah, I'm not the best as spelling. But I'm willing to fess up to revisionist history.

Comments:
You're "will to fess up"?
